  • The aging cellar is underground and it is 500 years old. In the oak vats of 1800 litres of capacity the Chianti Classico "Caparsino"is matured, while in oak barrel, small from 225 to 550 litres of capacity, the Chianti Classico "Doccio a Matteo" Reserve is matured.
