In detreminate condizioni, si svilupano funghi, come la peronospora e l'oidio, che danneggiano la vite. Occorre così effettuare i trattamenti anti-fungini per proteggere le viti.

A Caparsa essi sono effettuati con prodotti a base di rame (in alternativa a base di argilla ed equiseto) e zolfo.

In certain conditions (for example dampspring weather) the fungus destroys the new vegetation: grape mildew and oidium, particularly. We have to spray products to save the production.

Caparsa reduces the use of pesticides (60% less than standard practice) which are represented only by sulfur and copper sulfate excluding therefore any synthetic product.
