Make a new vine-field

The drainages of the new field are very important for underground water settings, water that needs to be conveyed to give more stabilty to the soil.

In specific slope points you do ditch, and at the bottom of them you put stones (taken form the field itself) then covered with a particular fabric, this to avoid the natural destruction of the drainage..

The earthmoving in a new field is done by two diggers working together: one moves the soil in a depth of 80 cm, the other one cleans the soil from the rocks, and collects them for the drainage.

The diggers drivers work 9/10 hours a day and their skills are necessary for the landscape and for the agriculture work.

When the soil's ready and the square of the field had been done, we plant the new vines with a special fork.
