• February 23, 24, and 25, 2025 at Bologna Fiere for Slow Food's "Slow Wine Fair" event
• March 23 and 24, 2025 in Lido di Camaiore (Lucca) for the 17th edition of “Terre di Toscana” by Acquabuona.it

Caparsa's 2021 Chianti Classico wines are being released this year 2025 a year late for optimal aging. The 2021 was made from the finest grapes ever harvested at Caparsa. Despite the hot year, the favorable location and two August storms favored the beauty of turgid, healthy grapes.
