Rosso di Caparsa is a wine made exclusively from Caparsa's Sangiovese grapes. It is the ideal everyday wine at an affordable price. It is matured in cement vats, preserving the aromas and simplicity of wines of the past.

Fermentation: spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, for about 12 days.
