Caparsa's first sparkling wine!

The wine was made with the Classic Method (like champagne) using 100% Sangiovese grapes.
It has been called 'Vino Frizzante 2014 da tavola' (sparkling table wine) for simplicity, so as not to incur any legal misunderstandings.
It is the very first wine produced by Filippo Cianferoni, Paolo's second son.
It is an original and unique wine.
